Napoleon Lajoie's cut signature takes center stage in this framed display. Encapsulated and assessed "Authentic" by BVG/JSA, the Cooperstown-enshrined second baseman's cut signature (in pencil) maintains ("8") potency. A more detailed description is available on our website.
While its total area is all of eight square miles, Woonsocket, Rhode Island has produced the likes of Napolean Lajoie, Gabby Hartnett, Clem Labine and Rocco Baldelli. The first of those stars figures prominently in this framed display. Lajoie's cut signature ("8" strength) is encapsulated and assessed "Authentic" by BVG/JSA and housed in an 11-7/8 x 19-3/8" frame with black matting. Accenting the arrangement is an 8x10 black-and-white print of the .338 career hitter during his final two seasons (1915-1916) with the Philadelphia Athletics.
