The clean white ONL Giles sphere (grade "8-9") is signed by (25) members of the final version of the Colt .45s. Doing battle in the ill-fated Colt Stadium, the Houston ballplayers took time to sign the offered orb. Keys include Hall of Famer Nellie Fox and the ever-tough Walt Bond, who died of leukemia at the age of 29 in 1967.
